The Event Command layer brings live event context and operational actions into the same event workspace. It is designed to help a host understand what is happening around an event and move into the relevant guest, attendance, assignment, fulfilment, or communication action without treating those areas as isolated tools.

Connected Event Intelligence is PartyDey's event-level intelligence layer. It connects operational signals around an event to the Command experience so information can be read in context and used to support event operations rather than remaining a disconnected report.

Yes. PartyDey Communication can target guest-state groups such as approved, pending, paid, and unpaid guests; attendance groups such as currently inside or not checked in; Guest Assignment labels; and fulfilment groups such as pending fulfilment or a specific pending item.

Yes. A host can send a Communication message immediately or schedule it for later. The workspace also provides scheduled and historical views, delivery details, cancellation for active scheduled or retrying sends, and failed-recipient-only resend when a completed send contains failed deliveries.

No. PartyDey Communication uses its own sending allowance and safety controls. It is separate from Access Card Credits used for access-card operations.

Guest Assignment lets a host organise guests into event-specific labels or groups across one or more assignment dimensions. PartyDey supports cyclic, weighted, capacity-aware, conditional, and manual assignment workflows, while protecting issued assignment history and keeping future routing editable.

Yes. Assignment context can appear in Gate and PartyDey Live operations, and an assignment label can be opened directly as a Communication audience so the host does not need to rebuild the same group manually.

Yes. Fulfilment-aware Communication can target guests with pending fulfilment and can narrow the audience to a specific pending entitlement item when the event has item-level fulfilment data.

No. PartyDey can be used for conferences, trainings, school events, religious events, alumni gatherings, fundraisers, community events, paid-access experiences, and other hosted events.

No. PartyDey public event pages and guest flows are available on the web, so a native app download is not required to use an event link.

Signed-in guests have a Guest Space with a My Events / Event Passport view. It keeps their PartyDey event history together and provides paths back into event details, access, activity, and payment context.

For many event workflows, yes. PartyDey can collect custom information and keep it tied to payment state, submissions, analytics, and guest operations in the same event workflow.

Yes. Event fields can use visibility conditions so relevant follow-up questions appear based on earlier answers.

Yes. PartyDey includes group payment preparation, initiation, and confirmation flows with beneficiary handling. When guests bear transaction charges, a group checkout receives one charge based on the combined group amount rather than one charge per beneficiary.

The event host chooses. A host can absorb the transaction charge so guests pay only the event amount, or choose guest-paid charges. Guest-paid checkouts show the event amount, transaction charge, and total before payment begins.

The success experience confirms the recorded payment, shows the event and receipt details, preserves group-beneficiary context where applicable, and gives the guest the next relevant action such as opening their Guest Space, returning to the event, or continuing into Invite & Earn when eligible.

After a qualifying successful payment, an eligible guest can receive an event-scoped referral link. If another person follows that valid referral and completes a qualifying payment for the same event, the referrer can earn a Reward and the new payer can become eligible to receive their own invite link.

No. PartyDey applies one positive cash-reward beneficiary per qualifying payment. A valid external referrer takes priority; when there is no valid external referral, the host reward can apply instead.

A newly earned Reward first stays pending during a protection period. The current default protection window is seven days. After it becomes withdrawable and the current withdrawal requirements are met, the user can submit a withdrawal request for administrative payout review.

No. Cash Rewards are calculated from PartyDey's qualifying earnings on an eligible transaction, not from the host's event principal or the guest's event amount.

A qualified referral can also earn a Hosting Credit. Hosting Credits are separate from cash Rewards and can be explicitly converted into Access Card Credits rather than being converted automatically.

No universal instant-settlement promise is made. PartyDey uses Paystack payment and settlement infrastructure, and settlement follows the configured provider flow and timelines.

PartyDey includes payment recovery that can verify a valid provider reference and restore the relevant payment journey after an interrupted checkout or sync. A dedicated recovery guide explains what guests and hosts should do before attempting a second payment.
